Moscow, SANA – Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov and Syria’s Ambassador in Moscow Riyad Haddad discussed ongoing preparations for holding preliminary consultative meetings between the Syrian government and the opposition in Moscow in late January.
A statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry said that the meetings in question will be dedicated to discussing prospects of holding a comprehensive inter-Syrian dialogue in order to find a political solution for the crisis in Syria as soon as possible.
