Health Ministry: 85 coronavirus cases recover, 65 new infections and 5 fatalities recorded

Damascus, SANA-The number of recovered cases of coronavirus has exceeded the number of the recorded infections for the 9th day as 85 patients have recovered, while 65 new cases have been detected and five others passed away.

Health Ministry said that the total number of coronavirus reached to 14,267 till now, of which 7,892 cases have recovered and 938 others have passed away.

ا The first coronavirus case was recorded in Syria on March 22nd last year for person who came from abroad, while the first fatality was registered on the 29th of the same month.
