Damascus, SANA-Participants at the Syrian-Omani business assembly, held at Damascus chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, affirmed the importance of Damascus International Fair as an economic window to the world and a step towards holding long-term partnerships in the industrial and trade fields.
Chairman of Omani chamber of commerce and Industry Qais bin Mohammed al-Yousef hoped that Omani participation in Damascus international fair would be a first step to establish projects and partnerships between businessmen of the two countries and to develop economic relations between Syria and Oman.
Ghassan Qala’a, Head of Syrian Chambers of Commerce, appreciated the deeply-rooted brotherly ties which connect Syria and Oman, referring to the importance of the Fair to introduce the investment and trade opportunities to the Omani businessmen.
