Idleb, SANA- Units of the Syrian Arab army carried out Tuesday a series of artillery and rocket strikes on fortifications of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and the groups affiliated to them in Idleb countryside.
SANA reporter said that the army units confronted an attack launched by terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra on military points positioned along the axis of Sham al-Hawa town in Idleb south-eastern countryside, killing and injuring the majority of the attackers.
Meanwhile, the army strikes targeted dens and fortifications of terrorist organizations in the villages and towns of Ehsim, Kafr Oued, Kafr Sajnah and Ma’arat al-Numan in the southern countryside.
The army’s operations ended up with destroying many dens, vehicles and killing a number of the terrorists, among them foreigners.
