Damascus Countryside, SANA – “Love is stronger than war” is the main message of “Love and War in Damascus” directed by the Syrian soldier William Abdullah.
The documentary film sheds light on real love stories between heroes from the Syrian Arab army and their beloved ones which gave them the strength to stand steadfast, fight and win battles.
Abdullah stressed the key role of documentary films in inspiring the future generations and exposing Syria’s enemies who attempted to distort the Syrian history and spread their obscurant mentality and culture of death.
William Abdullah is a Syrian director and playwright in Arabic and French languages.
