Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will gradually rise to become from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by northwestern airstreams in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be between clear to partly cloudy in general, warning of the formation of frost in the mountains and fog in some inland areas.
The wind will be western to northwesterly of low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low to moderate in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 14/05, Daraa 15/05, Homs 15/03, Hama 16/04, Lattakia 18/10, Aleppo 13/04 and Deir Ezzor 17/06.
