Tehran, SANA – Prime Minister Imad Khamis on Monday arrived in the Islamic Republic of Iran on an official visit to hold talks with senior Iranian officials, follow up on economic and developmental agreements signed between the two countries, expand economic relations to include strategic domains and enhance counter-terrorism cooperation.
Premier Khamis and the accompanying delegation were received by Iranian Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Masoud Soltanifar and the Syrian Ambassador in Tehran Adnan Mahmoud at Mehrabad International Airport.
The Syrian delegation includes Ministers of Agriculture, Industry, Economy, Foreign Trade, Oil and Mineral Resources, Communications and Technology and other senior officials.
