Moscow, SANA – Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced on Tuesday that the preparations for Syrian talks in the Kazakh capital of Astana are quite intensive and Russia will be represented at the level of experts.
According to Sputnik news agency, Peskov said “It is unclear how long the talks will last, preparation is quite intensive, we can say nothing more specific now.”
He noted that Russia would be represented at the talks “at the expert level.”
Earlier, Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the completion of preparations to host the Syrian talks in Astana, noting that the issues to be discussed depend on the participants.
