The Cabinet approves a number of draft laws

Damascus, SANA – The Cabinet approved a draft law on settling the situation of workers whose employment documents have been lost due to terrorist attacks on the public establishments they work for.

Another draft law amending Legislative Decree no. 40 for 2005 regulating the work mechanism of the Cabinet was also approved during the Cabinet’s weekly session on Tuesday.

The Cabinet also agreed on restructuring the “positive intervention” food supply institutions into one big institution to be able to better compete in the market and achieve effective intervention through providing all commodities and food and non-food materials at competitive prices and without monopoly.
