Daraa, SANA – A new batch of humanitarian aid provided by the Russian Federation was distributed on Monday among displaced persons and a number of martyrs’ families and needy families residing in the towns of al-Masmiah and Um al-Qossor in the northern countryside of Daraa.
The aid included 200 food packages and was distributed in cooperation with Daraa Governorate.
The representative of the Hmemim-based Russian Coordination Center in the southern area said that the Russian aid is an expression of Russian people’s solidarity with Syrian people, affirming that Russia will continue to provide aid to enhance the steadfastness of Syrians in facing terrorism.
