Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will slightly rise, yet remain around average or slightly above as the country is still being affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by western air current in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies are between clear to partly cloudy in general and misty in the eastern, al-Jazira and al-Badia (desert).
The winds are western to northwesterly of low speed, while the sea waves are of low amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 29/13, Daraa 29/16, Homs 27/16, Hama 27/15, Lattakia 29/18, Aleppo 28/13 and Deir Ezzor 30/17.
