Damascus, SANA – The temperatures remain 3 to 6 degrees above average as the country is affected by low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya (desert) areas.
The winds will be changeable to southwesterly of low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will be 2 to 5 degrees above average in most areas.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 33/16, Daraa 33/16, Homs 33/18, Lattakia 29/20, Aleppo 33/14 and Deir Ezzor 34/19.
