Damascus, SANA – Prime Minister Imad Khamis on Monday visited the injured army personnel at Martyr Yousef al-Azmeh Hospital, congratulating them on the occasion of Eid al-Adha and wishing them a speedy recovery.
Premier Khamis listened to soldiers’ stories and how they were injured in the battlefield, expressing pride in the sacrifices and heroism of the Syrian Arab Army for defending the homeland.
He was briefed by medical staff on the conditions of the injured soldiers and officers and the health services offered to them.
Later on, the Premier visited the Pediatrics Hospital and inspected work at the departments of intensive care unit, bone marrow transplant, first aid and incubator section.
