Damascus, SANA – Temperatures slightly drop but remain 3 to 6 degrees above average as the country is affected by low air pressure accompanied by western currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Metrology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, with however misty weather in the eastern and al-Jazeera areas.
The winds will be changeable of light speed, while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 31/12, Daraa 32/12, Homs 26/10, Hama 28/10, Hasaka 27/14, Lattakia 25/16, Aleppo 26/12 and Deir Ezzor 31/14.
