Damascus, SANA – Higher Education Minister Mohammad Amer al-Mardini discussed with Indonesia Ambassador in Damascus Joko Haryanto cooperation prospects in the domains of higher education, scientific research and the exchange of student scholarships.
The two sides discussed during a meeting held on Wednesday the executive program of the cooperation agreement signed between the two countries, in addition to means to activate cooperation between both higher education ministries.
Increasing the number of exchanged scholarships and scientific cooperation between the Syrian and Indonesian universities as well as the common acknowledgement of these universities’ certificates were focused on during the meeting.
