Damascus, SANA- A civilian was injured in a terrorist attack with a mortar shell which was fired by Takfiri terrorist organizations on residential neighborhoods in Mezzeh area in Damascus.
A source at Damascus police command said in a statement to SANA that a mortar shell fell on a car in Mezzeh residential area and the driver was severely injured.
Other two shells fell in Mezzeh and caused material damage to houses and cars.
Terrorists from the so-called Jaish al-Islam are active in eastern Ghouta and target civilians in Damascus city and the nearby towns and villages with mortar and rocket shells, causing casualties among civilians.
