Damascus, SANA- The temperatures continue to rise to become from 5 to 8 degrees above average as the country is being affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by a subtropical high pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the weather will continue to be misty and hot especially in the southern, central and al-Badiya areas.
The wind will be changeable with a light speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in the major Syria cities will be as follows: Damascus 40/25, Aleppo 40/25, Lattakia 36/25, Homs 40/25 and Hama 42/26.
