A drug pusher arrested in Damascus, 12 kg of hashish seized

Damascus, SANA – The Drugs Combating Department in Damascus arrested a drug pusher in Damascus city and confiscated 12 kilograms of hashish that were in his possession, an Interior Ministry source said Sunday.

The source noted that the narcotics were hidden in the man’s car.

Yesterday, the Department confiscated 28 kilograms of hashish and more than 600 Captagon pills that were in the possession of a group of drug pushers who were attempting to sell the narcotics in Masaken Barza, al-Dweil’eh and Rukn-Eddin neighborhoods in Damascus city.
