Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain below average as the country is being affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be between clear and partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected over the northwestern and the coastal areas.
The wind will be from westerly to northwesterly moderate and it will be active and accompanied by dust in the eastern and al-Badiya “desert” areas while the sea waves will be medium in height.
On Friday and Saturday, the temperatures will slightly rise to become around average and the weather will be between clear and partly cloudy and local rain showers are expected over the northwestern and the coastal areas.
