A child killed, 13 injured in new terrorist shelling attack on al-Ashrafiyeh, Aleppo

Aleppo, SANA – A child was killed and more than ten civilians were injured in a terrorist attack with mortar shells on al-Ashrafiyeh neighborhood in Aleppo city on Saturday.

Several shells fired by terrorists positioned in Bani Zaid neighborhood hit al-Ashrafiyeh, the Police said.

The attack killed a 7-year-old boy and injured 13 other civilians, who were taken to al-Razi hospital, a Police source told SANA.

Two of the injured are in critical condition, the source said.

A latest rocket attack on the same neighborhood was last Thursday, in which two civilians were killed.
