Damascus Countryside, SANA- A Citizen was killed and 13 others were injured when terrorists targeted a gas station in al-Kashkool neighborhood in Damascus Countryside with a grenade on Monday evening.
The grenade fell in Jaramana al-Hadeetheh gas station in al-Kashkool neighborhood near Ein Tarma where terrorists, most of which are from the so called ” Jaish al-Islam” group, a source at police command told SANA.
The source added that the grenade caused an explosion and fire broke out in all parts of the station resulting in killing one person and injuring 13 others who suffered from serious burns in addition to burning 6 cars that were inside the station.
Head of the Fire Brigade of Damascus Brig. Gen. Abdul-Hadi Daher said that fire fighters managed to put out the fire during the night, noting that a firefighter crew is still in the place in order to cool the station as a precautionary measure to prevent fire from breaking out again.
