Cairo, SANA-The Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Mohammad Ahmad Al-Yamahi, affirmed the parliament’s support for the security and stability of the Syrian Arab Republic, its territorial integrity and sovereignty, expressing deep concern over the latest developments in northern Syria.
Al-Yamahi said in a statement on Sunday that the Arab Parliament’s support for the security, sovereignty and unity of Syrian territories and for not slipping into the chaos that terrorist organizations and armed groups are trying to stir up.
He stressed that the Arab Parliament’s support for all efforts and endeavors aimed at finding a comprehensive solution to the crisis in Syria in a way that guarantees its unity, sovereignty over all its territories, and achieves the aspirations of the Syrian people for security, stability, and development.
