Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad discussed in a phone call with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ Al Sudani, the latest developments and joint cooperation between the two countries in the field of combating terrorism, as well as a number of Arab and international issues.
During the call, the Iraqi Prime Minister stressed that the security of Syria and Iraq is one security, emphasizing Iraq’s readiness to provide all necessary support to Syria to confront terrorism and all its organizations, stressing his country’s commitment to Syria’s stability, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
