For the 51st day… “Israel” continues its crimes of genocide, northern Gaza Strip

Occupied Jerusalem, SANA-Israeli occupier continued its aggression and crimes of genocide in the northern Gaza Strip for the 51st consecutive day, blowing up homes and infrastructure, and imposing a tight siege that prevents Palestinians from water and food in order to force them to flee south.

WAFA Agency reported that the aggression on the north left more than two thousand martyrs, hundreds of wounded and arrested, in addition to more than 200 thousand displaced Palestinians, in catastrophic humanitarian conditions, in addition to the complete destruction of residential neighborhoods.

In recent weeks, the occupation forces have transferred tens of thousands of Palestinians from the north into Gaza City, in an attempt to create a buffer zone.

Some 80,000 people, internally displaced in northern Gaza, or remaining in their homes or buildings, are suffering dire conditions due to intense airstrikes and shooting from Israeli tanks and drones.

Despite the displacement of tens of thousands of residents of the northern Gaza Strip, many Palestinians still refuse to leave their homes and witness daily scenes of destruction and devastation, with the humanitarian situation worsening under the tight siege, continuous bombing, shortages of food and medicine, and the absence of rescue teams.

Famine has worsened in most areas of the Strip as a result of the ongoing occupation siege, especially in the north, following the persistence of genocide and starvation, coinciding with the arrival of winter for the second consecutive year for about two million displaced Palestinians, most of them are sleeping in tents.

44,176 Palestinians, mostly women and children, were killed and 104,473 others were injured as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
