Moscow, SANA –Russian Defense Ministry announced on Friday that 51 Ukrainian drones were intercepted and destroyed yesterday over several Russian regions.
“Our air defense systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 51 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles, including 36 over the Krasnodar region, three over the Republic of Crimea, two over the Belgorod region, and 10 over the Sea of Azov,”Sputnik Agency quoted Russian Defense Ministry as saying in a statement on Friday.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces almost daily target Russian border areas of the Republic of Crimea and Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk and Voronezh regions with drones and missiles with the aim to spread terror among civilians.
