Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will be from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by Indian seasonal surface pressure by superficial low air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the weather will be hot and clear in general, while it will be misty over the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia (semi-desert) regions.
The winds will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to a moderate speed with some active gusts, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 38/20, Daraa 37/20, Homs 34/23, Lattakia 33/27, Aleppo 38/25 and Deir Ezzor 44/27.
