Education: Two MoUs inked on dual vocational training

Damascus, SANA- Ministry of Education signed two memorandums of understanding (MoU) with the Aleppo and Hama Chambers of Commerce with the aim of developing dual commercial education, deepening the exercise of the profession, and training vocational education students to acquire new experiences.

According to the two MoUs, students will be trained and given skills that are compatible with the needs of the labor market, and the dual education system will be given flexibility in application to achieve its goals and development, secure additional resources from the business sector, and enhance the quality of work in the local market.

Following the signing, the Minister of Education, Muhammad Amer Mardini, attached great importance to boosting experience in the labor market by benefiting from the quality of education outcomes and enhancing existing skills, indicating the necessity of activating the two MoUs directly to provide the opportunity for students to gain experience from companies before entering the labor market.
