Moscow, SANA- A Military expert and former US Marine Corps intelligence officer, Scott Ritter, underlined that the presence of US forces in Syria is an illegal occupation.
old SANA’s correspondent in Moscow: “The US forces in Syria seek to achieve aims that have not been clearly defined by the American Congress,” adding that the presence of Russian forces in Syria is legal and agree with international law because it came at the request of the Syrian government, while the request was not made similar to the US.”.
He stressed that “ the blundering of the natural resources of the occupied territory is considered a war crime,” .
