Damascus, SANA-Temperatures will slightly drop, yet remaining from 2 to 5 above average, as the country is affected by Indian seasonal superficial low air pressure accompanied by a high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be hot and clear in general and misty and very hot in the eastern areas, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya.
The winds will be western to northwestern of low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 40 / 20, Daraa 38 / 21, Homs 35 / 22 , Hama 40 / 24 , Lattakia 33 / 26 , Aleppo 39 / 23 and Tartous 32 / 27.
