Provinces, SANA- The Army and armed forces continued Monday fighting terrorism in different regions in the country, killing and wounding numbers of terrorist organization members and destroying their hideouts and dens.
Daraa
A military source told SANA that the Army destroyed a number of terrorist dens, including three mortars, killing several terrorists and injuring many others in al-Bajabjeh, al-Minsheih and camp of Naziheen in Daraa.
Earlier, Units of the army and armed forces destroyed two hideouts of “Jabhat al-Nusra” terrorists at the surrounding of Hadiket al- Mukhayam and south of the Engineers Syndicate in Daraa al-Mahata, a military source told SANA Monday.
The source added that an army unit carried out a special operation relying on information given by residents against a “Jabhat al-Nusra” terrorists’ gathering in the neighborhood of Daraa al-Mahata.
Many terrorists were killed and others were injured as their weapons were destroyed during the operation, according to the source.
The units, also, destroyed other dens and vehicles leaving all terrorists inside dead in al- Jizah village in the countryside of the southern province.
other army units destroyed weapon and ammunition caches and killed many terrorists in Tal al-Mal, al-Teeha, al-Sheikh Maskin, Inkhel, Jassem, Samlin, Wared and Kafar Nassej in the countryside of Daraa southern province.
The army also killed large numbers of terrorists and destroyed their vehicles in Tafas, al-Hirak and al-Karak al-Sharqi in Daraa countryside.
Quneitra
A unit of the army and armed forces killed and woundeds scores of Takfiri terrorist organizations’ members in al-Hamidiyeh village in the countryside of the southern province of Quneitra.
A military source said that an army unit targeted and destroyed terrorists’ convoy of vehicles near Nab’ al-Sakher in Quneitra countryside.
Damascus Countryside
Units of Army and Armed forces carried out intensive operations against the hideouts of terrorist organizations in al-Qalamoun mountains and Magr al-Meir in Damascus Countryside.
An Army unit carried out intensive operations against the dens of terrorists in al-Maghar mount in al-Qalamoun, killing and injuring many and destroying their vehicles, ammo and weapons, including an armored vehicle and three vehicles equipped with heavy machineguns.
In Damascus southwestern countryside, an Army unit had targeted a terrorists’ hideout, eliminated many of them and injured many others in Magr al-Meir village.
The army also foiled terrorists’ attempt to infiltrate Qara area, killing 4 terrorists and destroying their weapons and vehicles. An army unit killed a number of non-Syrian terrorists in al-Nashabyeh area in the eastern al-Ghouta.
The army targeted terrorists’ hideouts and vehicles in Jobar and Douma and killed scores of terrorists.
Hama
Army units killed many members of Takfiri terrorist organizations in al-Rahajan, Um al-Myal, al- Fasdah, al-Latamineh and Kafer Zeita in the countryside of the central province of Hama.
Meanwhile, other units of the army and armed forces thwarted a terrorists attempt to attack the villages of al-Zalakiyat, al-Masafineh and al- Bouidah in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama province, killing scores of them, among them leaders of the so-called “Fawj Sukour al-Ghab” and the “Islamic front” and “Jabhat al-Nusra”.
Other units destroyed anti-armored vehicle bases, heavy machine-guns and cannons, 12 cars carrying terrorists and 3 armored vehicles and seized a car in the village of al-Lahayeh, to the south of al-Latamineh in the countryside off Hama province.
The terrorists Osama al-Aref, leader of “Fawj Sukour al-Ghab” terrorist group, Khaled al-Zawawi, Hussein al-Zawawi and Yassin al-Senjabawi were killed during the operations.
Army units carried out a series of operations against terrorists’ gatherings, leaving many terrorists dead and others injured in Kafar-Zeta town.
Many terrorists were killed when army units targeted terrorists in the villages of al-Harjan, to the south of aol-Fasda, Adla and Um Mayal in the eastern countryside of Hama.
Idleb
Units of the army and armed forces killed and wounded scores of terrorists in Abu al-Duhour, Efes, al-Ghafar, Maarat Misrin, Qara al-Ghazal, al-Buwaiti and Tal Salmo in the countryside of Idleb province.
A military source said that army units carried out operations against gatherings of the terrorist organizations of Jabhat al-Nusra, the so-called “Islamic Front” and “Islamic Ahrar al-Sham Movement” in the villages of Abu al-Dohour, al-Hamidia, Qare’ al-Ghazal and Tal Salmo in Abu al-Zohour area.
The source clarified that many terrorists were killed, others wounded and their weapons destroyed during the operations.
Moreover, an army unit killed many terrorists and injured others in the villages Maaret Masrin to the north of the province, Efes and al-Bweiti.
The source added that many terrorists were killed and others were injured in military operations against their gatherings in al-Ghafar village.
Homs
Units of army and Army and Armed Forces eliminated many terrorists of Islamic State in Iraq and Syria(ISIS) in Jazil area in Palmyra countryside and targeted Takfiri organizations in the northern and eastern countryside of Homs.
An army unit had destroyed vehicles and gatherings belong to ISIS terrorist organization, killing many of its members and injuring many others in the area surrounds Jazil’ oil wells to the northwest of Palmyra.
Another army unit killed many terrorists, injured others and destroyed their weaponry and ammo in al-Minokh, al-Shandakhia al-Janobia, Rajm al-Qassr, al-Habra al-Sharqia and Abu laya in Homs eastern countryside.
Other Units destroyed two dens with all weapons and ammunition inside in Talbisa
Army units targeted with intensive firing strikes terrorist organizations hideouts in al-Rastan al_Tahtani and Talit al-Rastan, causing the dead of many terrorists who are spreading in the area.
Terrorist organizations acknowledged on their pages on social media networks the dead of some of their members, Azzam Said al-Ibrahim al-Halabi, Abad al-Wakil al-Famali and Ahmad al-Sayd were identified among the dead.
Aleppo
Units of the army and armed forces killed a number of terrorist organizations’ members, injured others and destroyed their weapons and ammunition in al-Atareb town, 30 km to the west of Aleppo city.
Meanwhile, the terrorist organizations said on their social media websites that a number of their members were killed, among them Ahmad Naser Abu Sharafo and Mustafa Rashid.
Lattakia
Units of the army and armed forces continued intensive strikes on terrorist organizations’ dens in the northern countryside of Lattakia near the Turkish border, most of them from foreign nationalities supported by the Turkish regime.
A military source told SANA that a unit of the army and armed forces intensified artillery strikes on terrorists’ dens and fortifications, most of whom belong to “Ahrar al-Sham” movement, “Ansar al-Sham” and other terrorist organizations that fall under the leadership of Jabhat al-Nusra on al-Rabiaa-al-Holya road, al-Rouda, Droushan and Karakfi mountain in the northern countryside of Lattakia province.
The source added that the Army killed a number of terrorist organizations’ members and destroyed a number of their vehicles with their arms and ammunition which they used in their criminal acts in targeting towns and villages in the northern countryside of Lattakia.
