Shoigu: Production of weapons increased to accomplish tasks of the special military operation

Moscow, SANA- Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced that Russia has significantly increased the production of all types of weapons, both conventional and high-precision in a way that guarantee the accomplishment of the tasks of the special military operation.

“Steps to expand production capacities and improve productivity have made it possible to significantly increase the production of weapons for troops, including conventional and high-precision weapons. All this allows us to achieve the goals set by the supreme commander-in-chief based on the plan of the special military operation,” Shoigu said, as cited by the ministry.

Shoigu, inspected the functioning of the military industries’ facilities, and the progress they had made in increasing the production of weapons and ammunition.
