Arab and International Body urges international action to lift coercive measures imposed on Syria

Beirut, SANA- The Arab and International Campaign to break the embargo imposed on Syria condemned unilateral coercive measure and called on the international and humanitarian community to take action in this regard.

‘Such measures imposed by the US against the Syrian people, are considered a crime against humanity targeting an entire people and thousands of Arab and international figures strongly reject these illegitimate and inhumane US measures against Syria, and call on the UN and international organizations to remove them” the campaign stated.

Moustafa Bakri an Egyptian writer and journalist affirmed that these sanctions must be lifted; the Syrian people have been bitterly suffering for years.
