Temperatures around average, rain showers expected

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain around average in most areas as the country is affected by a low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday that the weather will be partly cloudy in general, while rain showers are expected over different areas.

The Department warned against the formation of frost in the mountains and fog in some inland areas.

The wind will be easterly to northeasterly of low and moderate speed with some active gusts over coastal areas, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 13/04, Daraa 16/07, Homs 14/07, Hama 13/06, Lattakia 21/11, Aleppo 12/06 and Deir Ezzor 15/08.
