Polyanskiy: Israeli attacks on Syria destabilize situation in region

New York, SANA- Dmitry Polyanskiy, First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, said on Tuesday that his country sees it is unacceptable that the UN turns a blind eye to Syria’s appeals about the Israeli recurrent attacks on its territory.

“The Israeli attacks that violate the airspace in Syria and the Arab neighboring countries are considered as one of the additional factors that destabilize situation in Syria where strikes are carried out against civilian targets,” RT quoted Polyanskiy as saying.

 “We see that it is unacceptable to ignore Syrian messages addressed to the UN Secretary General about the Israeli attacks,” The Russian diplomat added.
