Palestine calls for immediate action to stop the aggression of the Israeli occupation

New York, SANA- Palestinian permanent representative to the UN Riad Mansour, renewed his call for the urgent action of the international community to protect the Palestinian people, who are being subjected to daily killing and arrest at the hands of the Israeli occupation forces, in light of the silence of this community and its inability to implement its humanitarian and international resolutions.

Palestinian news agency Wafa quoted Mansour as saying in messages he addresed to the Secretary-General of UN, the President of the Security Council and the President of the UN General Assembly, as he saying that more than 45 Palestinian children have been martyred since the beginning of this year as a result of the aggression of the occupation forces on the besieged Gaza Strip and the West Bank, in addition to the escalation of the violations of the occupation and its policy of killing, especially in occupied Jerusalem.

Mansour said that the Israeli occupation continues its attacks on Palestinians and their property all over occupied Palestine, and it sabotages Palestinian homes and agricultural and industrial facilities by smashing windows and burning farms, crops and cars.

He called on the international community to take immediate action and implement its relevant resolutions to put an end to this occupation and to intervene to protect the Palestinian people, especially children whose lives and futures are in grave danger because of this colonial occupation.
