Moscow, SANA- Russian Defense Ministry announced Saturday that the Air Defense Forces downed Ukrainian Su-25 aircraft over Kharkov region, destroying dozens of targets with high-precision missiles.
“The Russian forces launched high-precision missiles on dozens of Ukrainian military targets, as they destroyed three Mi-8 helicopters in Chugayev region, in addition to three OSA missile launchers in Parvenkovo town,” the ministry’s spokesman, Major General Igor Konashenkov said in a press briefing.
‘The Air Defense Forces downed a Ukrainian Bayraktar drone in Nikolaev region, targeting 66 military targets, including 3 command centers, 58 Ukrainian combat sites and equipment, and a depot of artillery and missile weapons in the towns of Alexandrovka, Kumar and Bogatyr’, Konashenkov added.
Konashenkov said that since the start of the special operation, 141 aircraft, 110 helicopters, 538 drones, 261 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2471 tanks and other armored vehicles, 274 rocket launchers, 1,075 field guns and mortars, as well as 2,311 special military vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been downed.
