Hasaka, SANA- Citizens of the villages of Hamo, Masada, Al-Qusayr and Tel Ahmed in Qamishli area intercepted convoys of the US occupation forces military vehicles and forced them to retreat and leave the area.
Local sources told SANA reporter that four armored vehicles of the US occupation forces, accompanied by a military vehicle of QSD militia, tried to pass through the village of Hamo in Qamishli area but locals intercepted them and forced them to retreat.
The sources added that the US convoy tried to enter villages of Masada and Al-Qusayr, south of Hamo, but residents of these areas confronted it and clashed with a number of the occupation soldiers , forcing them to retreat and return with their vehicles towards their bases.
In the southeastern countryside of Qamishli, the sources indicated that the locals of Tel Ahmed village, with the support of an army checkpoint in the neighboring village of Tel Ghazal, intercepted a convoy of 6 military vehicles of the US occupation forces and expelled it from the area.
