Putin, Tokayev discuss latest developments of the military operation in Ukraine

Moscow, SANA-Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev the latest developments of the military operation in Ukraine.

“Putin, in a telephone call, informed Tokayev about the progress of the military operation to protect Donbass and the negotiations between Russian and Ukrainian Officials,” Russian presidency said in a statement.”.

The statement added that “Putin and Tokayev reviewed, bilateral relations, focusing on practical issues related to the development of economic and trade cooperation, in addition to strengthening cooperation”.

The statement concluded that “the joint endeavor to take all possible steps to strengthen the alliance and strategic partnership relations between Russia and Kazakhstan was stressed.”.
