Damascus, (SANA) Foreign and Expatriates Ministry strongly condemned Monday storming of al-Aqsa Mosque by racial Zionist groups and organizations and extremists at the Israeli government and Knesset.
In a statement, the Ministry warned that the repercussions of the Israeli repeated aggressions against al-Aqsa Mosque will have catastrophic repercussions in the region.
The Ministry called for curbing the Israeli authorities’ systematic practices and terrorist policy against the Islamic holy places at the occupied Palestinian territories.
It reiterated the Syrian leadership and people’s support to the Palestinian people in their heroic confrontation of all the Zionist and western conspiracies targeting the existence of the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights to the return and self-determination.
The Israeli settlers gangs broke into al-Aqsa Mosque for the second executive day under the coverage of the Israeli occupation forces which attacked the Palestinian women and prevented them from entering the Mosque.
