“US-led coalition” announces that rocket shells hit one of its bases in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor, SANA- The illegitimate Washington-led so-called “International Coalition” has announced that one of its military bases in Deir Ezzor was targeted with eight rocket shells.

The illegitimate coalition said in a statement on Wednesday that eight rocket shells targeted its illegitimate base in the so-called “Green Village” which is under the control of the US occupation- linked QSD militia, which includes, in addition to its forces, a group of advisers, according to the statement.

As usual, the coalition denied any casualties among its forces, and the damages were limited, according to the statement, to “minor damage.” On October 20, US officials announced that a drone attack had targeted the American base in al-Tanf area, and that explosions resounded from the base.

The US occupation forces established a military base in al-Tanf area since 2014 under the pretext of fighting Daesh “ISIS” terrorist organization, while the facts later showed that the occupation forces made it a starting point to support the terrorist organizations that it established and to secure logistical, intelligence and armament support for them, including groups of the Takfiri organization’s terrorists to carry out attacks on sites of the Syrian Arab Army and the residential compounds and vital facilities in the Syrian Badia.
