Temperatures around average, rain showers expected

Damascus, SANA- temperatures continue to be around average as the country is affected by  a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the weather will be partly cloudy in general and cloudy at night in southern region, Damascus and Qalamoun with an opportunity of rain showers over them.

The wind will be changeable to southeastern with low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 14/6 , Homs 11/4 , Lattakia 17/11 ,Aleppo 13/4  and Tartous 19/11 .
