Damascus, SANA- Syrian Science Olympiad students participated on Saturday in the competitions of International Olympiad for Mathematical Engineering “IGO”, organized by Iran “remotely.
Distinction and Creativity Agency said in a statement to SANA that 17 students from the national team of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad in Mathematics, in addition to the winner students of the gold and silver medals in the Youth Olympiad for the year 2021, participated in five centers distributed in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Lattakia and Tartous.
It is noteworthy that Syria, at its fourth participation in the Iranian Engineering Olympiad, won two silver medals, three bronze ones, and six certificates of appreciation.
