Capitals, SANA- The novel coronavirus’’ Covid 19’’ has claimed the lives of more than two million and 484,000 worldwide since its outbreak last December 2019, according to the last statistics by American Worldometers website.
The website added that the total number of infections has reached up to 112,247,863 cases, and the deaths have amounted till now to 2,484,668 , while the recoveries have reached up to 87,764,734.
The US remain in top of the most affected countries in terms of infections and deaths as it has recorded 512,477 deaths out of 28,822,275 infections.
India comes second with 156,498 deaths out of 11,015,863 infections, and Brazil has registered 247,276 deaths out of 10,197,531 infections to come third.
