Daraa, SANA-Humanitarian aid provided by the Russian Government has been distributed to the neediest people in Kafr Nasej town in Daraa northern countryside.
Dr. Abdullah al-Falah, Member of the Executive Office of Daraa Governorate Council, in Charge of the Health and Relief Sector, told SANA reporter that the aid expresses the depth of the close relations between the Syrian and Russian peoples.
Al-Falah added that the aid included 375 baskets that were distributed to the families of the martyrs, the wounded and the neediest families.
Head of Deir al-Adas Town Council, who is administratively responsible for the town of Kafr Nasej, Mohammad al-Nabulsi, indicated that the aid comes in affirmation of Russia’s standing by Syria in its war on terrorism.
Mayor of Kafr Nasej Town expressed thanks to Russia for this nice gesture which enhances cooperation and friendship between two peoples.
