Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will rise to become around or slightly lower than average as the country is affected by a low air pressure from the southeast accompanied by northwesterly air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the weather will be between clear to partly cloudy, rain showers are expected over coastal areas, and the weather will be cold and humid at night. The Department warned against the formation of fog over costal , mountainous and some inland areas.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly between low to moderate in speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 20/10, Homs 17/9, Lattakia 19/15, Aleppo 16/7 , Tartous 18/16, Hama 16/8.
