Temperatures above average, weather misty in eastern regions

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 2 to 4 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by a subtropical high pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear and the weather will be relatively hot in general while it will be misty and very hot in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badia regions.

The wind will be western to southwestern with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 39/21, Daraa 36/20, Homs 35/22, Lattakia 32/23, Aleppo 40/23 and deir Ezzor 44/28.
