Deir Ezzor, SANA- US occupation –backed QSD groups kidnapped a number of civilians in several areas in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside amid widespread popular rejection against these groups and their repressive practices.
Civil sources told SANA reporter that QSD groups supported by US occupation forces stormed into villages of al-Basira, al-Shahil, al-Hawaeij, Ziban , and al-Jirzi in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside after surrounding them from all directions , abducting tens of civilians and taking them to unknown destination .
The sources added that QSD and US occupation imposed a curfew in those villages and closed all markets, shops, and bakeries , indicated that locals of al-Jirzi village took to the streets to protest against QSD groups after a civilian was injured by QSD bullets , and cut off the roads with stones and burning tires.
