Temperatures from 3 to 5 degrees above average

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to rise to become from 3 to 5 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear while the weather will be misty and relatively hot and rain will possibly fall in al-Badia “semi-desert”.

The wind will be easterly to southeasterly with a low to moderate speed, to become southwesterly in the evening in the southern region with active gusts whose speed reaches up to 45 km/h, while the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 32/13, Daraa 31/13, Homs 33/11, Lattakia 26/15, Aleppo 34/15 and Deir Ezzor 42/20.
