Provinces, SANA_ The army units on Sunday continued its operations against the foreign-backed terrorists across the country, inflicting heavy losses on them.
Damascus Countryside
Army units clashed with terrorists east of al-Mualimeen tower and east of Maysaloun roundabout in Jobar area in Damascus Countryside, eliminating a number of them including one of their leaders.
An army operation in the town of Erbin northeast of Damascus resulted in the death of four terrorists and the destruction of one of their vehicles along with some weapons and ammo.
Meanwhile in Harasta, an army unit pursued a terrorist group, killing a number of its members.
In the southwestern part of Eastern Ghouta, an army unit destroyed a terrorist hideout along with the terrorists, weapons, and ammo inside it at the roundabout of Deir al-Asafir town, while ongoing clashes in the town of Bala resulted in the death of a number of terrorists including a Kuwaiti called Jassem al-Harabi.
An army unit killed five terrorists and destroyed their weapons and ammo during an operation in the surroundings of Assal al-Ward in al-Qalamoun Mountains on the Syrian-Lebanese borders.
Idleb
Units of Army and Armed forces killed and injured a number of terrorists in villages and towns in Idleb countryside.
A military source told SANA that Army units Killed terrorists and injured others in Maaret al-Numan town, which is located south of Idleb city 84km from Aleppo city, and near the cork factory in Idleb countryside.
Army units also eliminated a large number of terrorists and injured others in the areas of Abu al-Duhour, Oum Jireen, and Qara’a al-Ghazal in the province’s countryside.
Army units also destroyed terrorists’ hideouts in Mashmashan, Haloul, Kifr Lata, and Maarat Masarin in Idleb countryside, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their weapons and ammunition.
Daraa
A military source told SANA that army units killed and injured tens of terrorists, some of them non-Syrians, while they were trying to attack military posts in Tal Areid, Ein Afa, Talet Ein Afa, the surrounding area of al Fqei’ and al-Dali towns in the countryside of Daraa. Several vehicles of the terrorists were also destroyed.
Other army Units killed a number of terrorists and injured others in towns of Nouaima and Sheikh Meskeen in the countryside of Daraa.
An army unit eliminated a number of terrorists and injured others in the towns of Saida, Jiza, west of Atman, and al-Naima.
On a relevant note, terrorists’ pages on social networking sites acknowledged that 15 of their members were killed in operations carried out by the Syrian Arab Army in Daraa countryside.
Homs
A Military source told SANA that units of the Army and Armed forces killed a number of terrorists and injured others in Kafar Laha, Houle and Talat al-Rastan at Homs countryside, while killing others near Kharab bridge in Al-Waer neighborhood in Homs city.
Army units destroyed terrorists’ hideouts and dozens of their vehicles near al-Shaer and Jazal fields and in al-Fasida, Dweizin, and Talbeseh in Homs countryside.
Aleppo
A military source said the army destroyed workshop used by terrorists to make explosive devices and targeted terrorists’ hideouts in Kifr Naha, Tal Naam, al-Lairamon, al-Zahraa, al-Ashrafyeh, and al-Ramouseh in Aleppo and its countryside. A number of terrorists were killed in the process.
Hama
Army units destroyed terrorists’ concentrations, a weapons cache, and a mortar launcher in the areas of al-Aqerbat, Jana al-Albawi, al-Haddaj, Abu Dali, Souma, Tal al-Batihi, and north of Qasr Ibn Wardan in Hama countryside, a military source told SANA.
