Syria harvests four new medals on third day of West Asia Juniors Championship

Beirut, SANA-The Syrian athletics team has continued to harvest more medals at West Asia Juniors Championship currently held in Lebanon as it won a gold medal, a silver medal and two bronzes on the third day of the championship.

Athletes Nour Mustafa and Hala al-Awar won a gold medal and a silver medal at the high jump competitions while athlete Rim al-Hassan won a bronze medal at the discus throw competition.

By the end of the third day of the championship, the Syrian team had harvested five golds, two silvers and three bronzes.
